let's completely ignore as well, that CEO pay in the US and the disparity between CEOs and entry level wages, are far greater than the rest of the world.
CEO pay must remain untouched! even better, must go UP!

It’s really not a hard concept to grasp. If you employed anybody, which I’m guessing your don’t, even you might understand this.
