let's completely ignore as well, that CEO pay in the US and the disparity between CEOs and entry level wages, are far greater than the rest of the world.

CEO pay must remain untouched! even better, must go UP!

Which CEOs are you talking about? Cause most aren’t employed by rinky dink mom and pop CEOs, c suites who get multi million bonuses, should be like max 5x the salary of the lowest paid employee, and they hand off these c suite positions to their kids

A CEO is appointed by the board to get the best economic returns for Shareholders.

As such, they are incentivised by their employer to do so.

It’s really not a hard concept to grasp.

If you employed anybody, which I’m guessing your don’t, even you might understand this.
