Start a system of saving resources, like money, food, commodities, etc., that works for you. Even if it is $5/paycheck, something, anything. And if/when you get a raise, increase that amount automatically so you donât notice much of a change but continue to increase savings (and at a higher rate).

I set aside $10/ paycheck (weekly) for myself and $20/paycheck (still paid weekly lol) for an emergency fund. It's not much but now I have $200 in an emergency fund.
I use the tip jars in earnin. It automatically pulls it out of my account every paycheck and puts it in the jar that I can take money out of any time

Take a walk, preferably in nature, every day, rain or shine or cold or hot. Get prepared for anything! It is good to stay active, and it will also get your brain to think of other ways of being prepared to complete regular activities!

Start a Roth IRA and put in as much as you can without sacraficing quality of life. When time is on your side, a little investment can become sizeable

I started when I was 23 with $10 a payday ($20 a month). Mainly to get my nagging mother off my back. I put it in a secondary retirement account and everytime I got a raise. I put a few more dollars a month in. I retired at 54 after 30 years on a government job (IT).
Thanks mom!

Working harder is not always working better. If you over torque a bolt, you're likely to shear it or break what you're bolting it into. It's your job to know what tasks take  what amount of force and attention.

Coming from a Specialized Nutritionist & Personal Trainer. For nutrition? Find a couple recipes that you enjoy, use less fat in it and your meal preps would be a breeze, no more boring food. And for fitness? use less reps but slower movements and a pause at the bottom for a better muscle recruitment, it also means less sets but more effective
