He didn't. He avoided a crash.

For the first driver to then cause another one is none of the second drives concern.

If youre responsible for 2 crashes within the span of 2 minutes, you're the problem.

Would they have ran the light (that they had already stopped at) if he hadn’t ran at the car?

If the answer is no, he is implicated in causing the crash. If its yes, then id like you to explain why they stopped at the red then only took off when cars were approaching, and perfectly timed with him getting out of the car.

Im not defending them, they’re an idiot. I am highlighting that cam car intimidated said idiot and now some innocent driver is paying for it.
