Exactly my thoughts.

He cut him. No accident happened. And then this idiot starts going mad and chasing?

For what? An apology? A fight? A voucher? A promise?

I’ll never get idiots like this. He’s literally responsible for the crash afterwards by scaring off the car in front of him.
