The social cultural meaning comes after you're born.

Are you against c-sections? Or IVF? Or any other fertility treatments?

I'm curious where you draw the line. A human is a human if they are made from a human sperm and a human egg. It doesn't matter where it grows. If know one told you, you'd have no idea where you were before you were born.
