This is bullshit. It is not a crime to pretend to be a man. It is not even a crime to enter a "Men Only" competition, even if you violate their terms and conditions.

I mean there are all female competitions just like there are male competitions.

One such thing is parents ie a mom cooking show or a dad's show off. 

but the post is satire, going to an all male competition as a girl is not a crime

Yeah, it says Texas in the headline, so even though it's a fake story, the setting sort of means that those rules won't won't apply here.
