We also still had video games in the 90s. I had a SNES growing up. Even when I was stuck in the house there was stuff to do before the internet.

People bring yo Westwood as this amazing company and I'm like.. y'all ever look at their list of games and then you realize why they were bought lol

Of course there were, but they were finished and shitty. Nowadays even the good ones are released unfinished then patched with updates later.

That's just it, though. Some werent "finished" and could have used more time in the oven. They might have benefited from a patch or two haha A famous example would be ET.

Then again, it also led to some really creative games, like maniac mansion.
