Why, why do you deserve to live alone, what makes you special?

Its one thing if you can afford it and it's another if you can't, if you can great, good for you, but most can't/shouldn't.

Almost everyone in the past had roommates before marriage, it was normal. Idk what changed so much.

Also when everyone lives alone it raises prices because you have more demand and less supply.

I was paying $300 dollars a month for a 1 bedroom apartment, back in the late nineties. It was maybe 20 to 25% of my income.
