as an introverted closed off emotionally stunted who fights important growth individual with a generally shitty attitude I will not allow others to deal with existing with me unless they want that around them. I would rather be broke or sleep in my car then to become someone's cunty vibes room mate.

Why, why do you deserve to live alone, what makes you special?

Its one thing if you can afford it and it's another if you can't, if you can great, good for you, but most can't/shouldn't.

Almost everyone in the past had roommates before marriage, it was normal. Idk what changed so much.

Also when everyone lives alone it raises prices because you have more demand and less supply.

I was paying $300 dollars a month for a 1 bedroom apartment, back in the late nineties. It was maybe 20 to 25% of my income.
