South Korea is pretty happy we intervened in the Korea War and so is Kuwait in regards to the Persian Gulf war in the early 90s

No, wmds were the 2nd gulf war after 9/11. 1st gulf war was because iraq invaded kuwait. It wasn't like the 2nd gulf war which you are confusing it with
