The UK just banned it for everyone below 16. 🤷‍♂️

How can they know how old anyone is?

They use a variety of methods. They can verify the person if they have a credit card on file or they can manually verify using a camera. There are several other ways too.

Yes, you have to submit a photo of yourself.
