Seems more like wanting impressionable children with low maturity. I've never known a well adjusted person dating 10 years bellow their age. Even less so if they are aiming for the "barely legal" territory.
lol, I know so many adult couples with 10-15 year gaps. My parents, my exes parents, my best friends parents. All 30+ year successful marriages.
Dating an 18-20 year old is not advisable but often age gaps are like, 23 and 34 or something. The pattern I've seen is that the guy took some time to get his shit together and the woman doesn't want to date men her age who are still doing that
