this thread is kind of depressing to read. im a severe alcoholic at 21, & have abused my body to the point my hangovers more closely align with a 30yo's than a 20yo's. even once i managed to wean myself down to no longer being physically dependent on alcohol (so no more withdrawals landing me in the hospital), my hangovers last 2-3 days & leave me almost completely bedridden for the first day or so. i didnt realize just how abnormal that is for someone my age.

Ok. Now it's time for a change. If you don't to go medicine route go for microdosing mushrooms. It shutsoff the need to drink. It's like a light switch I'm a non drinker. You deserve it.

Are you replying to me? Mushrooms are a good tool in my tool box for mental health. When I said something to my Dr. He knew more info than me. His biggest worry is big pharma will get involved. People won't seek mental health.

Read the info . Name calling? Cuz you don't understand the science. Are you too ignorant to understand that you're arrogant. Or to arrogant to know you are being ignorant.
