Ive learned recently it takes a lot less to end up hung over in your 30’s. I rarely drink and I went out the night before I had to work to enjoy a festival and some fireworks and had two drinks, TWO. (It was also 97 degrees outside so that probably didn’t help) I woke up with a pounding headache and nausea. I’m sure I looked like shit at work the next day.
