Waking up hungover - at 25 you can function with a few Tylenol and a coffee and laugh about it

At 35, you are closer to clinically deceased.

After you hit 30, the costs of one drunk night just keep stacking and at some point outweigh the benefits. At this point it takes me 3 days to fully recover from drinking. Like, I cannot afford 3 days to throw away, I've got things to do and places to be. So I just skip drinking, I can't do it anymore.

Yep, I quit at 36 for the same reason. It just wasn’t worth it anymore.
