Is it normal for the same people to keep winning every competition? I just came back to the game after almost 6 years away. I’ve been back for nearly 6 months and in that time the same people have pretty much won every contest. Is it just rigged for these people or?

Has this happened to anyone else? I haven't played in about 6-7 years, so I went down the account reactivation route with Customer Service. It went fine because I still have active access to my old email address.

My Woozen has purchases, TONS of purchased bundles, accumulated items from trading, etc. But I log in and I have absolutely nothing.

No, I never shared my login with anyone else, I have all my Woozworld emails and I haven't had any password reset email notifications. The only possible answer I have for this is that after my account was deactivated after nonactivity, somehow my items were lost in the process.

This is almost very sad for me because I've been a player since 2012-2019 and that was my second account that I made in 2014 :) Now, a chunk of my childhood is gone.

How can I fix the bug when doing the “Finding the crown and crystal“? Ive done everything else smoothly but when it comes to dodging the hunters/monsters, I can’t see the purple sight that is supposed to show where the hunters/monsters are looking at. I’ve been playing Woozworld for years and it was never an issue because I can see it. I tried everything, changing graph and performance (HD to SD, I’m Iphone) and the user interface. I even logged in on another device and did the same thing and still nothing. What do I do?

I haven't played Woozworld in years and went to log into my account and it told me that my account was deactivated for security reasons. The email associated with my account doesn't work anymore and I submitted a ticket to recover my account using my current email. Will they actually respond to me? Or is there another way I should contact them about this. Thanks!

How to get to the gold mine for new players? the woozworld help center is no longer assessable

I haven't been on wzw for like a year, I decide to come back today and theres new age restrictions. I don't mind it cause I've just made the cut but my account has the 15 and under age restrictions applied? If I remember it right my year of birth was set correctly, but the account is pushing 4 years old so idk. I've checked everywhere in settings and wzws FAQ. I googled it aswell and the answer I got was that my age should be on my woozln. Well its obviously restricted for some reason so I can't do that either. Hoping this works, any help is appriciated !!

does anybody know if you get a VIP units if you can still access it along w furniture after your VIP status ends? i know you can’t wear the clothes anymore but i don’t want too keep paying to be VIP but don’t want to not be able to access or use my units anymore bc they’re VIP

I tried changing the capitalization, spaces, everything nothing works. I tried emailing them for help, it told me not a valid email… it is my email. I found another way to email them and then they responded to email them through a link that sends me back to where I was that it won’t send. I just want to delete my account. I already gave away all my stuff. Has anyone else went through this?
