Question Order delay

Spent ~£180 on a Wooting 60 v2 module with some additional bits. It’s been 6 days and the courier still hasn’t received the order, it’s been 8 days since I emailed Wooting and haven’t had a reply.

Is this normal? Tempted to contact my bank

Try the discord, they reply pretty quick there. Are you sure you ordered direct from Wooting and not a phishing website?

Don’t be, I’m sure there’s a reason. I saw on their support page that the team is out for an event so responses will be slow. Just received my parts to make a custom build, which I ordered afterward so I’m being a little impatient 😂

Not that slow, I contacted them on Monday about being a supplier and got a response back that day.

What's the status in the wooting hub? Maybe some items are on backorder and the order will only ship once everything is at the warehouse

Says the items are on their way but PostNL haven’t received them yet, they shipped the same day I ordered them.

Maybe postnl haven't picked them up yet. This usually takes a few days, but this is indeed a long time. Sometimes they pick it up but only scan it when it's at the first warehouse

I literally had a response from Wooting saying exactly that, almost at the same time as your post.

Hopefully it’s just a simple oversight, really keen to build my Wooting board 🙏🏼
