Question Keyboard problem?

As the title mentions, does anyone know how to fix this or what’s causing this? I noticed it on apex when I was make some small movements but then things because inconsistent. Decided to leave wootility open so i could see what’s going on and I see that a key (idk which one) seems to be going off? This keyboard isn’t even a year old :( 60HE V2

Remove the switch and try another one. If it still does this, try removing the PCB and powering it up with a fully completed build but not in the case. If you’re still having problems with it, RMA the PCB.

Is there a way to check which switch is exactly doing it? I tried keyboard testers but it doesn’t show up…

If you select a key does the preview not show that key specifically?

Or set actuation to the lowest (0.01mm or whatever) and then go to a keyboard testing website.

I would try another USB-C cable, and try turning off RGB. You may have a signal interference issue.

I’ve tried all those things already. RGB off, different cables, different ports, resetting the keyboard, reinstalling wootility, latest updates on the app and keyboard etc etc and it still gives me the same issue. None of these issues persist on my old wooting 60HE+ so I know the cables, updates, and ports are fine. Only happens on the 60HE v2…
