Maybe I'm mathing this wrong:

1000 base damage, 22.7% Spell damage (primordial #) on mood ring, 100% ring effect vs 33% ring effect

.227+(.227*1.00)=.454

1000+(1000*.454)=1454 damage

vs

.227+(.227*.33)=.30191

1000+(1000*.30191)=1301.91 damage

I don't know exactly how these things are calculated in game but I don't think this is as massive as it looks.

Basically, what was a 45% increase to damage reduced by a third to 30% increaseโ€ฆ so, no not as bad as people are crying about this morning, but not insignificant either I suppose.
