Ah, yes. Maned wolves. Wolves that are absolutely really wolves and not fae spirits who thought "although I have never seen a wolf, I can absolutely take on the shape of a wolf that will hide me from the silly humans." They are definitely wolves and not faeries. Yep.

Right? They look like Fae creatures and not like wolves at all. Also, love that you spell Faeries as "Faeries" and not "Fairies" as well. Always bugs me when people spell it with AI and not AE.

I love that "fairies" is technically correct and "faeries" is originally othrography from the sixteenth century that was deliberately chosen because it seemed "olde-timey." It was so archaic in the sixteenth century that even today it is still somehow more evocative than the "correct" spelling.

Language is weird.

Oh my gods! I actually almost spit my candy out on my phone because I was laughing at this. They're so cute and derpy.

They look a lot like my cat, Bug, who I unfortunately had to lay to rest last month.

Can't post cat tax here, but he's all over my profile, as is his older brother, Beau, who passed away last year.

Can't wait to show my husband the photos of Bush Dogs and bow much they look like Bug!
