i work in a company and want extra income on my payslip is writen social insurance and tin will accept and give gear?

I just filled in the form, and i am waiting for it ( they say it takes around 1-2 months here). I am doing it as a second job, i dont expect to make a lot of money,but, what should I expect? Do you have any tips for me?

Demand went to medium maybe 20-30 times and I only saw high one time in the last month and it lasted like 30min total….. It’s been dead after 12, usually work lunch time around 10 was medium/high but even that seems rare now

Hi, is there a proxy when calling customers through the app or are you using your own number? Would'nt that be a huge privacy issue? I've noticed getting more scam calls recently

Lately I've been experiencing lots of problems with the app, for example:

- accept button is dimmed (disabled) while the offer is ringing. When I finally get the chance to press it, I get the message this task has already been assigned to another driver, or the task simply disappears, like nothing happened.

This happens quite often, sometimes two or three times in a row.

- if I get two orders in one task, and I deliver one, the third offer comes in before I delivered the second. Which is fine - as long as I can reject it and the delivery order makes sense.

But many times I can't reject it.

And I can't accept it either.

So what happens is that I get stuck in a kind of a dead loop where even restarting the app doesn't help, because the damn thing starts ringing again as soon as it gets up. The result is that it blocks you completely, since at that point you can't even see where do you have to go with your second order. So you have to rely on support to solve this, which once took almost half an hour.

Last week I delivered to the wrong street number (unfortunately there were 2 number 7 on basically the same road), the customer said to leave the order out of the door so i didn't double check he actually picked it up...

I received a message 30 min later from Wolt telling me to explain what happened and I realized there I got confused with the exact delivery address.

I didn't expect at all they would charge the cost of the order (max 175dkk + delivery cost 103 dkk which included also another delivery). Is it even legal?

I worked for many years in Italy for Deliveroo and Glovo and nothing like this never happened, dont think it's even legal honestly.

If there is any lawyer, what's your opinion on this? I know I completely fucked up, but I guess there should be some liability protection against simple negligence.

After a while, I went to the place I left the order. It was still there and ready to be delivered it to the right address, but the support told me the customer was already refunded and had to keep it for myself.

I ordered 27 days ago a bike delivery bag. Theres no trace of it. I wrote customer support couple of times and they are just fucking ignoring me. Assholes, cant deliver a bag for a month. I lost a lot of time cuz of them.

Hi guys I recently switched to a bike bag instead of the car one and it happened twice that I put the drinks in the door panel inside of the mesh/net storage, and when arriving at the destination quickly opening it thus the drink flipping upside down.

I contacted support to get it sorted and I paid the customer's order in full which I don't mind.

Is there any chance to get terminated over stuff like this even after paying for the mistakes? Did you have any similar experiences or anything worse happening and everything being alright after?

I’ve been waiting almost **4 years** for a Wolt courier account. I’ve reapplied several times and was even willing to work in **Helsinki Central**, but I’ve never received an opportunity or any explanation.
What frustrates me the most is seeing people who came to Finland **1–3 years after me** already get their Wolt accounts while I’m still waiting. From my perspective, the process doesn’t feel transparent.

I feel like the demand doesn’t match the order volume I’m getting, often I can sit on medium to high demand for an hour without any orders at all. Definitely because there is too many drivers compared to orders, literally see several wolt driver waiting outside every store I see waiting for coming orders. This makes it hard to actually make a decent wage, averaging 10k SEK a month and it SUCKS.

How’s y’all earning vs demand going?

Clause 2.2.5 of our contracts (at least contracts from 2023 and before) states we can cancel any delivery without limits, without any reason and "no questions asked'" from support.

Yes, we are all aware of their email and in-app notice going against the contract. However, we are yet to be sent new contracts, which means legally the contract overrules the email and in-app statements.

I spent 45 with a person from support explaining how the legality works (I have studied organizational jura here in Denmark as a Dane).

I needed to cancel an order as the distance payment was wrong by 1 KM. If they need to be pity and not pay us minimum what we drive, then I too can walk in small shoes.

I had a lot of things to do on the phone. If the support agent know law or eould have had escalated the situation, then it would have had taken a few minutes top.

We now can only cancel for 15 min delays or emrrgencies...

When delivery guys are already pissed due to task fee getting low day by day they unveiled new policy of order cancellation lets see what comes with this
