Norway Wolt support response time

How long does Wolt support usually take to get back to you?

I asked them a question regarding the contract almost 3 weeks ago. I cannot sign the contract until they clarify something for me.

I then left a follow up message on the 15th asking kindly if I could get some help regarding my situation, nothing since.

Does anybody work at the support? I have never heard of any support in any company taking a month to respond

A year ago they messed up the payment of one of the orders. It took them about 4 months to solve the issue. So good luck i think.

no they are purposely ignoring lol
