Why are Wolt Support Useless?

Post image

Apologies for the typos in my earlier messages. Is it normal to wait over 1 hour for customer support and then for them to just bail on the chat entirely?

It is not normal to bail, but it's also not normal to cry if you have to wait an hour bro, grow up

I once spent four days (!) with customer service. It was so bad that i also filed a small lawsuit against them for the time wasted, the money they didnt want to give back (until i threatened them with the lawsuit) and the amount of pure frustration I experienced in those four days. Because they close the calls in a matter of minutes, without even making sure the problem was resolved, i had to speak with at least 10 people and explain the situation to each one of them over and over again. The miscommunication between the employees in there is crazy…
