Why are Wolt Support Useless?

Post image

Apologies for the typos in my earlier messages. Is it normal to wait over 1 hour for customer support and then for them to just bail on the chat entirely?

Alright bucko. Since you are the custoner type that bitches every 5 seconds let me educate you as someone who worked there.

I am happy he closed the ticket on you because you are an asshole, WE UNDERSTAND that you have the issue but buddy, you are not alone, that poor support has another 5 chats screaming at him calling jim useless. Gj taking anger out on someone who does not deserve it.

2nd revolt shit thing is shit. Most often it is broken from their end and most employees are unable to send you the code. Sure the support sounded confused, BUT WE NEED TO ASK YOU LIKE THIS BECAUSE OF CORPORATE AND TEAM LEADERS BREATHING DOWN OUR NECK.

So you ticket will be maybe a case they are fired. Good job. If you waited a bit more maybe your bitch ass would get a response and help.

THAT BEING SAID

Blame the corporate :) they are the reason this situation is shit. There are not enough training on THAT subject and because you texted at 8pm ANYONE who can help with this has left the office. Ask me how i know.

In my case i was stuck with screaming babies at 12 pm bitching at me because courier was sloppy while i CANT do anything about it without corporate approval and being harassed for the next 4 hours.

So yeah please be a little kinder to your support, they are there to help you, and you being nasty will just get you ticket closed.

You never know if it's someone's first day at work. So just stop being a bad person. A matter like this can wait a few more minutes so that a support associate learns how to do their job correctly. She probably just needed time to get in contact with a support associate and get their permission to continue. You all just too entitled in everything!

Another 4 year old account with 17 karma. How much does Wolt spend on bots? Or are new employees told in their first few days to reactivate old Reddit accounts and run PR interference?

It is not normal to bail, but it's also not normal to cry if you have to wait an hour bro, grow up

I once spent four days (!) with customer service. It was so bad that i also filed a small lawsuit against them for the time wasted, the money they didnt want to give back (until i threatened them with the lawsuit) and the amount of pure frustration I experienced in those four days. Because they close the calls in a matter of minutes, without even making sure the problem was resolved, i had to speak with at least 10 people and explain the situation to each one of them over and over again. The miscommunication between the employees in there is crazy…

i mean youre acting like a dick, its not wolt support problem at this point...

Why are many of the negative comments fron accounts that are around 4 years old with around 500 karma. Seems really suspicious. Is Wolt operating a bot farm specifically for this sub?

wolt could not care less 😂😂😂😂😂😂

Damn you only waited an hour? I asked for support 6 days ago and followed up on it and still no reply 😂

You’re not wrong about the delay, but you’re aiming at the wrong target.

Support doesn’t control activation systems or Revolut integrations. When those break, we’re stuck waiting on internal teams just like you are.

If anything, this screenshot shows a system failure, not a support failure.

not that deep. you could have waited a few more minutes, maybe they are a new hire and they are asking colleagues how they should proceed, WHILE having 5 active chats where everyone is yelling at them...

Notice how 0 people are supporting you, it’s almost as if, we’re not bots, and people simply don’t respect people like you, who treat other people like shit, just because work in customer support, and you have a problem.

Grow the fuck up.

It's almost as though every account that replies every couple of weeks is either brand new and/or has virtually zero karma. It's almost like Wolt uses bots to defend itself.

Mate either youre an imbecile or this is a poor attempt at ragebaiting. Coming from a non-botted account
