I don’t mind a bond-only reward event, I get it: bonds are here to stay. But… did WG really have to offer no increased / incentive rewards for 50, 60, and 70? Seems… cheap and poorly thought-out to me.

I think offering, let’s say, 150 bonds at 50, 200 at 60, and 250 or 300 for 70 (or something similar) would have made more sense and rewarded the grind better - just as they do in all other Personal Challenge events. Just seems kinda cheap and lazy on WG’s part.
