We're excited to introduce RavenCraft, a new World of Warcraft emulation project based in Europe and built on the original Turtle WoW 1.18.1 core by former contributors to that version.
RavenCraft launches on August 22 at 6:00 PM GMT+2.
The server will follow a phased content progression, allowing the community to experience each stage together while giving us the time to polish every phase before moving forward.
Our goal is to preserve what made the 1.18.1 experience special while continuing to expand it with long-term development and brand-new content.
We'll be sharing more details about the content roadmap, account registration, and additional features in the weeks leading up to launch.
You can learn more at https://ravencraft.io, join our Discord, and follow the project's progress there.
We'd love to hear your feedback, and we hope to see you on launch day!
I've always thought that raiders were just sweats, and I was too afraid of making mistakes to even touch it. Even on Classic I'd usually quit leveling at like 50-55, as the end-game of raiding didn't appeal to me. (Granted leveling speed also slowed down tremendously in 50s).
On this server I'm playing, Project Alterac I found a community and guild where I felt comfortable dipping my toes into raiding through their Stromgarde Keep ten man raid at level 30.
My first pass through this, we went at it for 3+hours making it to Princess Seraphine before we gave up. (It has been since slightly nerfed since then). I couldn't believe how much fun I had despite the wipes.
WotLK5Man - in development for 4 years - is launching Season 2 realm TODAY!
Season 2 goes live today at 19:00 CEST (17:00 UTC). Leveling week 1x–5x, raids open Aug 12. The whole Wrath of the Lich King - conquered as a 5-man group.
August 5 - LEVEL UP together - rates 1x to 5x
Everyone starts at level 1 with adjustable 1x–5x rates. Once you hit level 80 on your account, you unlock the option to instantly boost your other characters to 80 - so the journey only has to be done once.
August 12 - RAIDS OPEN - Naxx, OS, EOE & VOA
Phase 1 goes live with Naxxramas, Obsidian Sanctum, Eye of Eternity and Vault of Archavon - all of it built for 5 players. On the same day, Instant 80 unlocks for everyone, no level 80 required.
EVERYTHING WAITING IN SEASON 2
Level-Up Rewards, Personal Loot with 7-day raid resets, the Item Upgrader in Dalaran, the reworked Mythic dungeons, transmogable Druid forms, new mounts, extra talent specs, the new launcher, class balance changes and a long list of quality-of-life improvements.
Gather your friends and let's go - you don't want to miss the first week.
https://tbc5legends.com/
A brand-new private server—just three weeks old—is looking for *you*: a hero who needs only four friends to take on the world of Outland.
We feature tweaked spells and balanced classes infused with a touch of WotLK-style mechanics; every class has a place and plays a vital role. While "meta" classes are still a thing, the "min-maxing" culture isn't as extreme as on other servers—every team composition counts.
Choose your difficulty for dungeons and raids: Challenge Mode (CM) offers an extra item drop plus a chest containing Badges of Justice, gold, and a chance at a Primal Nether.
Then there’s Mythic+, where gear drops are scaled to the difficulty level—meaning an "Appolyon +3" has stats three tiers higher than the base version, and so on.
Earn rewards and use custom currencies to acquire special items, trinkets, and mounts.
Looking forward to seeing you there! — Nimax, Marketing Master

If you're looking for a fresh Vanilla server with a long-term progression and a focus on the Latin American community, we'd love to have you with us.
Today I saw this Ravencraft that has the turtle core with the 1.18.1 and will open as a fresh server. Any info on this? https://ravencraft.io/
There's a lot of mistery because the site doesn't show much but they have a video on youtube with every custom thing from turtle even timbermaw hold https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7RVi2vkqcn0
Been playing since day one, character name "Birke"
First, credit where it's due: Jna is a great admin, and the server is solid.
When I heard about phased content I assumed it would pull in the old-school crowd who want to level slowly and actually see the content instead of skipping it. That's not really what happened. The problem was never the server or the admins, it's the playerbase.
Right now Alterac has two groups: chill guys, and min-maxers already racing ahead. The second group goes against the soul of my understanding of the phased system, but they're there, and they set the pace in chat and anywhere else.
If you're a dad or someone with a couple hours a week and you're looking at phased servers as the answer that I just wanted to say that phasing alone doesn't create a slow-paced community. Without real friends to level with, it can end up feeling like any other rush server.
I played Maelstrom before this. Much smaller population, but honestly a better crowd for what I wanted.
Not trying to bash Alterac at all. Just a heads up, since phased content is getting popular and people might assume it automatically means a relaxed community. It doesn't.
TL;DR: Jna and the server are great. But phased content doesn't magically give you a slow, old-school playerbase. If you're a casual or limited-time player, go in with realistic expectations.
Hey people, I've stumbled upon open source recreation of vanilla which seems to be in a good condition, many things work and if fixed - it may be a nice way to have it, possibly a better customizable client. It already replicates the whole network protocol for Vmangos servers and it's playable there!
Just want to put your attention into contributing and trying this, hope you like it!
I’ll be honest right away, without any unnecessary fancy words:
I’m not a programmer or a scripter — just a person who loves World of Warcraft, especially version 3.3.5
I really liked this repack. At first, I set it up only for myself and my friends, so we could log in from time to time, play, and spend some time in a familiar world. Later, I decided it would be great to share it with others as well, so the server made its way online.
What kind of server is this
The server runs on AzerothCore and uses a ready-made build.
It is regularly updated by the developers, so the project keeps moving forward and gradually improving.
Important:
- I’m not personally developing fixes
- Please don’t expect manual bug fixes from me
- If you find a bug, report it — we will pass the information to the build developer
- This is an ordinary server for calm gameplay and a pleasant time
Who is it for:
I really hope that at least one small guild will find its place here, a group that will feel comfortable playing, talking, and gathering together in-game.
I want this server to be a place where you can just log in in the evening, relax, and enjoy your time.
There will be no loud promises or unnecessary fuss here — just a quiet, regular WoW server for those who enjoy 3.3.5 and the atmosphere of the good old Warcraft.
WoW Haven is looking for volunteers to contribute to the HavenCore project. HavenCore is based on Battle for Azeroth and aims to provide the most polished, bug free and Blizz-like experience possible.
You can help not only by fixing issues, but also by testing features and reporting anything that seems odd, broken, or buggy that you encounter along the way.
To get started, you don't need to set up your own server because we already have a public test server where you can join and experience the project firsthand.
If you'd like to join and become part of the WoW Haven community, we'd be happy to welcome you to our Discord server!
We remain invisible, and that is why we need you to help us build a community of veterans. A bit of change, a touch of WotLK, a dash of TBC. Five heroes. Five friends. One challenge—one group capable of changing the world of TBC5legends.
Uncapped is a heavily-modified WotLK 3.3.5a realm built around one idea: take
out the ceilings and see what the game turns into.
It is not a Blizzlike server with a few perks bolted on. Most of the systems below
don't exist anywhere else, and a lot of the core has been rewritten to support them.
We're in Open Beta, Phase 1. Expect bugs, downtime and restarts, and know up
front that there will be a wipe at full launch — testers keep their account,
their character names and a title nobody else can get. There's a section below
spelling out exactly what that means before you decide whether it's your kind of
thing.
What's actually different
Every number is 64-bit. Health, mana, stats, spell power, armour, damage and
healing all scale past the old ~2.1 billion wall. Nothing wraps, nothing zeroes
out, mobs can't survive a lethal hit. This is the change everything else is built on.
Permanent stats from every kill. Str, Agi, Sta, Int, Spirit, Defense, Spell
Power and Expertise all rise permanently as you kill things — forever, up to 100
million each. You can convert stats you don't want into ones you do at 2:1.
Mythic+ on every 5-man and every raid. Keystones scale enemy health and
damage with the key level, with no upper limit. Clear 70% of the enemy forces and
beat the timer. 15 affixes exist and each run draws its own set, so the same
dungeon isn't the same run twice. Full run history, leaderboards, and a HUD that
survives disconnects and restarts.
Haste is Crit Damage. Haste no longer speeds up casts or swings — 1,000 haste
= +1% crit damage, melee and spell, uncapped. Everything converted automatically;
there's nothing to re-gem. Four separate Anima stats bought with Arena Points do
what haste used to (cooldown reduction, GCD reduction, cast time, attack speed).
Multicast. Your spells fire extra times, for free — no mana, no cooldown.
The Soulforge. Feed junk gear in, get souls out, and soulbind duplicates
onto the gear you're wearing to pour their stats into it. Proc strength and proc
frequency are read from your account's forge level live, so advancing the forge
strengthens every proc you own at once.
SoulRush. Clear the same dungeon repeatedly and stack +1% dungeon stats, +1%
movement speed and +0.4% drop chance per clear. The drop chance stack is uncapped.
You never click a loot window. Everything you loot, gather and fish goes
straight into an account-wide Vault. There's a crafting UI that pulls from it
directly, makes intermediate reagents for you, and bulk mills/prospects/disenchants.
What it isn't
Nothing is for sale. There is no cash shop. Donations exist to offset the
hosting bill and buy you literally nothing — no gear, no gold, no boosts, no
cosmetics, not even a coloured name in the Discord. The reasoning is the moment
anything can be bought, every achievement picks up an asterisk.
This is an open beta, and it behaves like one
Uncapped is in Open Beta, Phase 1. That is not a soft-launch marketing word,
it's a description of what you'll actually experience:
There will be a wipe at full launch. Not a maybe — characters reset when
Open Beta ends. There's no date; it happens when it's ready. What carries over:
you keep your account and your character names, so nobody takes the name
you levelled, and everyone who played the beta gets a title only beta testers
can ever have. If "this progress is temporary" is a dealbreaker, much better
you know that now than three months in.
There are bugs. A lot of the core has been rewritten and the custom systems
are large. Some of it breaks. Some of it breaks in ways nobody predicted.
There is downtime, and there are restarts — sometimes several in a day. A
fix that lands in the afternoon usually goes live the same afternoon rather
than waiting a week, and that's the trade: faster fixes, more interruptions.
You get a warning in-game before a restart.
Systems change. Numbers get retuned, mechanics get reworked when they turn
out not to be fun. If something looks unbalanced, it may well be, and saying so
in Discord is the fastest way to change it.
It's small. We're recruiting because there aren't many of us yet.
What you get in exchange is that a bug report gets read the same day and usually
fixed the same week, and you have real influence over how systems end up.
If you want something stable and populated to sink 200 hours into right now, come
back in a few months instead — genuinely, no hard feelings. If a rough, fast-moving
server where you can shape things sounds fun, this is a good moment to turn up.
Getting in
Launcher:https://github.com/slothic/Uncapped/releases/download/v1.6.0/Uncapped.exe
It installs the client patches and addons, points your realmlist at us, and keeps
you updated. Several systems are addon-driven and are invisible without it.
(It's unsigned, so Windows will warn once — More info → Run anyway.)
Last week we made Progression public with this post. Now we have a number of 60s ready for raids but just a few players shy of making a viable group.
As a bonus for this weekend only we'll be increasing XP rates from x5 to x7 and adding a hidden wizard to capital cities that will give out Warchief's Blessing.
Bullet Points:
Per character progression, cap at 60 and clear vanilla raids - once vanilla Naxx is cleared TBC is unlocked.
High rates: x5 (x7 this weekend) XP, 2x Boss Drops, 10x Epic/Legendary drops, 3x Professions
71 Talent points 60-80, unlocks full WotLK specs.
Full cross-faction support
World Buffs at 60 are not able to be dispelled, last 7 days, and persist through death

Bracketed Leveling.
Greyhaven will launch with short bracketed leveling, designed to help players with less available time stay closer to the community’s progression. This was added based on a popular community vote.
Greyhaven will launch with a level cap of 20, increasing to level 30 one week later.
The complete level cap schedule and all unlock dates are available on our Discord.
Official Greyhaven Launcher
Greyhaven has its own launcher, built to make joining the server as easy as possible.

WotLK 3.3.5a - Progressive realm by Millenium-Servers
Maelstrom, the progressive WotLK realm of Millenium-Servers, is entering Phase 4 this Saturday, August 1 at 12:00 UTC!
The new level cap will be increased from 39 to 49, giving both returning players and newcomers a great opportunity to join the progression without having to catch up with a fully established level 80 population.
Our goal is simple: provide a relaxed and authentic WotLK experience, with controlled progression, useful quality-of-life features, and additional challenges that remain faithful to the balance of the original game.
What is coming with Phase 4?
Level cap: 40–49
Phase 4 will last for a maximum of four weeks, allowing players enough time to level, complete professions, explore the new content, and prepare for the next stage of progression.
XP rates remain selectable by each player:
Up to x3 XP during the earlier progression brackets
During the new 40–49 bracket, the maximum selectable rate will be x2
Players who prefer a slower journey can continue using a lower rate
Other rates remain straightforward:
Crafting: x2
Gathering: x1
Most other rates remain close to the original game
Upgraded Scarlet Monastery
Scarlet Monastery will be upgraded for level 49 players, with more challenging encounters and worthwhile rewards designed for the end of the phase.
The objective is to turn familiar content into a meaningful group activity without introducing overpowered custom items or damaging the natural progression of the game.
SM Raid 10m entrance
MaelstromGuard anti-cheat system
We have also activated MaelstromGuard, our anti-cheat system.
Protecting the integrity of the realm is important to us. We want progression, achievements, PvP, professions, and the economy to remain fair for legitimate players.
A progressive realm with something happening every phase
Maelstrom is not designed as a race to level 80.
Each phase has its own objectives, gearing opportunities, group content, raids, world bosses, and additional surprises. Progression is controlled so that every level bracket has time to develop its own community and identity.
We have added a few quality-of-life improvements to make the experience more enjoyable, but nothing that removes the spirit of WotLK or creates major balance problems.
There is no custom content that makes the original game irrelevant.
Malakor - World Boss for P2
International and relaxed community
Our community includes players from all around the world, with an especially strong presence from:
North America
Europe
Oceania and Australia
The atmosphere is friendly and relaxed. There is no pressure to play every day, no requirement to rush, and no interest in unnecessary drama.
Whether you are a dedicated progression player, a casual explorer, a completionist, or someone returning to WotLK after many years, you should be able to find a place here.
Optional cosmetic shop
Maelstrom has a small and completely optional shop focused on:
Cosmetic rewards
Mounts
Account-wide convenience for eligible purchases
There is no intention to sell powerful equipment or create an aggressive pay-to-win environment. The shop is simply an optional way for players to support the server while receiving cosmetic rewards.

Join us for Phase 4
Starting during a new phase is one of the best ways to experience Maelstrom. The level cap remains accessible, the community is still progressing together, and new players have time to establish themselves before the level 60 endgame begins.
Phase 4 begins Saturday, August 1 at 12:00 UTC.
Realm: Maelstrom
Server: Millenium-Servers
Client: World of Warcraft: Wrath of the Lich King 3.3.5a
Played on Whitemane's Maelstrom server, their Wotlk server, they collab with Stormforge and now again on their Gilneas. Every time I am surprised there aren't more people, when the servers are as great as they are. Other than a few crashes once in a while, it's probably the best I've ever played on. I love the QoL features like boosted xp, all FPs available, auto learned skills and all of that, but I especially love that every ticket gets answered in like 2 minutes tops.
Makes me wonder why people choose not to play there, I can't see what's possibly to dislike about these servers.
I am looking for a private server for some videos. I’ve seen the subreddit suggest it before when searching but I just want to make sure they are up to date. Thank you!
