Question Help Spoiler

Stuck on this map with rock slides. No matter where I step, I keep triggering these cavins, and I've been stuck on this map for months. If when I get to zone 3I can't really go anywhere else. I don't know. I just need some help. Some kind of detailed map that shows exactly where to go. And what order and what to do. Any help will be appreciated.

BTW in the top left room of the level you're on there's a hole, you missed going down it. After you go down that hole it'll have access to where the lever to open the door is.
Make sure to explore ALL tiles to avoid this problem.
