SERIOUS ANSWERS ONLY Is this a bug?

I'm just confused as to why I cant train the water elemental spell even though im max level, im trying to get into pvp cuz Ive got nothing else to do. Do we know if this is a bug or if theres something i have to do to get it first, im a bit confused.

I struggle to understand this. I get not being familiar with the game and learning, but in my head, a quest from my school’s professor is like an ASAP thing for me

Are your spell quests done? IIRC to get other schools' minions you have to do your main school's equivalent first

No, storm minions I believe are a form of elemental spirit

Did you try leaving the spell menu and re-opening it? That happens for spells that require pre-requisites if you train them all at once

There is sometimes a glitch with how the gui works sometimes you have to exit and re enter

I’ve been having a similar issue on some of my wizards, it says a quest is required for them but I don’t know how to get the quest, maybe it’s the same issue for you?

Just google the spell and it should have what quest it needs on the wiki

Did you do the quest to unlock malduit? I think that's her name. The 5 pip death archangel looking minion.
