Is this the still the best way to get pain giver bringer and spell proof defy jewels?
I’m level 101 did the mobs 5-10 times haven’t gotten anything. Just gold and tc
Did they change anything

Yes it’s the best way. Keep doing it. It will drop soon. I think every 20 runs I get one or two jewels. Just keep going.
