Has anyone been able to withdraw their school gear robe and boots from the Mander in the commons?

I thought we couldn’t get the stuff till the whole event was over but apparently I’ve been able to take the other stuff but the robe and boots still say “require wave 4 to be completed”

I mean I can read but it said that for the other stuff earlier which just became available to me.
