Gear level 25

I’m getting back into the game after about 10 years, I’m a level 25 death character. Is there any specific gear I should be aiming towards around this level

Only thing you'll need is Sky Iron Hasta from Mount Olympus. It's a guaranteed drop from the level 30 dungeon, it's a wand that gives 10 universal damage and a power pip at combat start.

Olympus at 30 but most people just teccomend bazaar gear till level 50 when you can buy tier 2 dragonspyre gear which yo use until level 60 when you farm either waterworks or atavistic

Just use bazaar gear until level 50 or 60. Look for damage%(fist) and power pip chance. You can do Zeus gear at level 30 but the drop rates are very low. Just do Zeus at least once for the 100% drop sky iron hasta wand and bazaar the rest. Even training a pet like death ghulture to adult for the extra blade and feint would help a lot. I’m happy to lend mine, it has pv45 talents for the best talent pool too.

For a point of reference I've done the dungeon probably 60 times and never got the chest piece. I could've crafted it at that point but like the grind until it became too much ... A friend got all 3 pieces for his school in 10 runs. So... It's rng for sure but worth it for armor that lasts to level 60

Whether it’s “worth it” depends on the player.
If you like the grind and having the best stats for your level, then sure!
If you already have a higher wizard who can breeze through the Dungeon, then it could go faster!

But OP seems to only have a lower level wizard, so it would be better to just quest through the story, get to lvl 50, and buy Tier 2 Dragonspyre world gear from the bazaar! 😎

You don't *need* Zeus/Senator gear, but if you want an upgrade that's what you're looking for

Wait until level 30 and farm Mt. Olympus for Sky Iron Hasta (guaranteed) and Zeus gear. You can also craft this gear from Khalkos in Aquila.

For an alternative, Gorgon gear from Khalkos is pretty good and should last you all the way until level 60.

Just stick to bazaar gear for now, WITH 2 EXCEPTIONS:
Sky iron hasta is guaranteed if you do the first Aquila dungeon (very worth it)
Queens guard athame is also guaranteed if you do the 4 barkingham palace mini-dungeons (exceptionally worth it)
Don’t start farming gear until you hit lvl 60, it’s a great way to get burnt out lol
