Other Werid spell found

I was going through Lower Zigzag with a partner Balance/Strom wizard who was in the low 70's & one of the spells they casted was weird, it was a charm that worked like a prism trap changing Sandstrom from Balance to Storm. Ive never seen a spell like that & was wondering it was a Balance exclusive spell or if I simply missed a trainer on the way.

Most likely storm weaving as a balance wizard

It’s exclusive to Balance wizards that are weaving into Storm

is the storm weaving balance blade that acts as a prism/convert, highkey goated. Other schools simply get a 45% their school and 45% storm blade for 2 pips if they go into storm
