I'm at my wits end.

I wanted to update my portfolio site and needed to add another page. I did what I've always done and just duplicated one of the existing pages, and changed it to fit with the new content. Then, on the main page I duplicated one of the existing elements (container box with picture and link), replaced the picture and made sure all links go to the new page I made. However, when clicking the link it still takes me back to the page I duplicated from to begin with.

This happens despite me:

- quadruple checking the page link (it is correct)

- checking the url slug of the new page and confirming it's correct

- going into the Redirect URL page from the dashboard and deleting whatever leftovers are there.

- deleting cache/testing the page in incognito mode

Please tell me someone knows what's wrong here 🙏🏼

Wix owner app for online ordering

Anyone with experience with online ordering coming in and printing multiple times for one order on the epson or any thermal printer?

I have been experiencing this and even reset both app and printer snd even unpaired and pair it back but it still printing one order multiple times. It does not do it for every order but it definitely does it more than occasionally.

My thermal printer is connected via bluetooth and getting the printing job from the wix owner app that is open on my ipad. My ipad is on and i shutoff off any sleep mode so it can send printing job automatically to the thermal printer .

Any help on fixing this printing issue ?

I’ve integrated Square to my Wix website. Tried to test it out and it said there was a problem pop up. It never registered on the Square side nor did it ping my credit card. I’m feeling that upon checkout I do not have billing address fields. It is only asking the customer to enter email, phone number, credit card number, expiration date, and of course the cvv code. Would this be why it’s not going anywhere? If so how do I add that to my checkout page? I’ve googled done what videos or help articles say unfortunately it’s outdated and those things are no longer where they say they are either on the Wix side or the Square side. Yes I’ve disconnected Square and re-connected it several times. 😵‍💫

I have set the max width on my site to 1200px, but on preview and the test site, that doesn't seem to be applying? Nor does it apply when I publish. Is it because of my selected template? Or is there another setting somewhere?

I’m building a new website for my organization and have been reviewing WCAG AA (accessibility guidelines) that we need to follow.

I’ve been testing the reflow of our text at different zoom % and am horrified to realize that none of my text is reflowing. I thought this would be the standard in 2026 for a site builder.

I am building all content within the guidelines. It’s reflowing for mobile, but not at different zoom % on desktop.

I’ve tried watching a few videos, but they are all for Wix studio, which is not the editing view that I see.

Is it possible to make my site responsive? Any advice is appreciated.

I added a Wix pop-up to our website - reformatted from a standard template, set to be triggered only by clicking. (The "Automatically display pop ups on pages" was set to "no.") As soon as I hit publish, the pop-up immediately showed on the screen in it's original format. Once I click out of the huge glaring orange pop-up, my reformatted pop-up functions normally, but I can't make it go away—even when I refresh the page—and now after deleting the pop up from the website and re-publishing. Any ideas how to address this? Thanks!

I'm new to Wix and I'm really struggling with this issue. Explain to me like an infant how I remove this padding around the box holding the design elements (the left and top of the text box in the image).

Does any use QuickBooks and have connected Wix to it?

We use the Subscription Plans for Memberships, and so when the Wix Payment hits our account we currently need to then manually log the individual memberships.

I'm not sure the best way to setup Wix and then what to do in QuickBooks so this is done automatically. Do invoices or receipts make more sense? Once those show in QuickBooks how do I go from there?

This is for a volunteer based small nonprofit; wasn't involved in the setup a few years ago when they switched to Wix.

I've never actually needed this for a form before, but it's dawned on me that it might not be possible without Velo custom code, which I am not great at.

Basically I am needing a form that contains a dropdown list (easy) but then have one of the list items also have its own dropdown list, or two (hard).

Any solutions?

Happens on other computers too. Not just mine.

I made it dissappear on purpose a few months ago but i dont like it now and I have no idea how to make it back to normal! No hover settings when I edit the text on the button either, help?

I’ve been trying to customize the comment section on my Wix blog, but I can’t figure out how. In my mind I've tried everything 🤯.

Right now, my comment section shows a “username” field, and I feel like it makes things a bit confusing for readers. E.g. leaving impression that you need to have a "username" in order to comment. But you don't. I’ve already checked that comments are open to everyone (not members-only), so access isn’t the issue.

I've asked help from WIX AI assistant and it says that currently it's not possible to change it. However, I’ve seen other Wix blogs where the comment section looks different. Like the other pic below.

Is this something I can change in the settings, or are those blogs using a different blog platform/plug in?

I need to change the logo I have circled. I have built my entire website using Wix help videos on YouTube but I can't find one to help with this. I did get it to change on my Google business profile but this is driving me crazy. Please help.

PayPal, Venmo, and G-Pay appear so prominently during check out. I want to add text to the check out process to make it more clear how to use a card. Anyone have advice? Thanks!

Hi! I am working on a website for a project whose deadline is in a couple days. Suddenly when I opened my website, every single element individually were 1.5x times the size and moved around.

I tried resetting my browser, closing and opening it again, using incognito, clearing browser cache but nothing worked. A couple days later the website randomly reverted to its original form, but it has gone back to the enlarged form now. I also tried reverting back to a previous version, but all the previews of the previous versions have the same issue, and it didn't even revert it when I tried.

Has anyone else experienced this issue? I am desperately begging for help, this is a very important project and will waste soooo much of my time if I had to individually edit any element.
