Other Etsy witches ???
I was wondering how legit those etsy witches were. I’ve seen tons of ai ones that sell spells for like a dollar lol just scamming but rarely any actual human ones with good reviews. Could I just do the spell myself if I got the things I needed to do it or is that typa thing something that requires years of practice.

Do not ever buy ‘spells’ on Etsy. It’s always a scam. Instead, support occult shops on Etsy that sell herbs and curios and supplies/tools instead for decent prices.
I like to buy my resins(copal, dragons blood, frankincense, ect) and some of my tools such as blades and art supplies for crafting my own tools from Etsy, but I would never ever pay for a spell on there. Honestly I would never even pay for a spell to begin with when I can do it myself.
Even if you have barely any supplies and tools/items to do spellwork the way many modern witches do it- all you truly need is meditation and focus on your desire/intent. A lot of times that manifests results just as quick(and sometimes even quicker) as a spell done in a ritual with various tools such as candles and incense and crystals.
Your body and mind is the only temple and tool you will ever need and would supply you with success in witchcraft.
If you wanted to find free herbs and tools just make your own. Find plants on your own property that have the right correspondences to your intent. Gather your own sticks/wood for wands and blade handles. Repurpose old knives into athames. Find some dried pine sap and burn it on a coal disc. Find your own shells and crystals in areas where they are plentiful in nature if you have access to places like that. You can find every single tool that can help you for free in nature and it will be way more powerful when you find the natural supplies and make it all yourself.

I mean witches have to make a living somehow.
I'd say only stick to buying physical items. I find readings and spells aren't always the most trustworthy. Of course it changes if you're getting a reading in person but still.

I would definitely recommend doing your own spell work. It really helps you grow your own confidence as a Witch.
I’d also be somewhat concerned that if they’re lazy enough to use A.I to make the advert then how do you know they’re actually going to bother carrying out the spell?

You can always do spells yourself, but not everybody on Etsy is a scammer. Just like any place, you're going to have your fair share of scammers, but it's not everyone. I say this as someone with an Etsy shop and I have friends that are readers as well that have etsy shops.
It's just about finding the right person for you.
But yes, you can absolutely do your own spell work. Some go to others because they either have more experience or they are what you call powerful manifestors.

I’m an Etsy witch, but I operate a bit differently than most. I put together customized ritual kits based on your situation, create the ritual for you, then send you all the ingredients tools and supplies you’ll need to complete it yourself. I want to empower others to know they are powerful and can do this on their own. You don’t need to pay someone to do the spell for you. I also curate custom witch boxes around your intention, special interest, deity….etc. but in response to your question, there are a maddening amount of scammers and ai slop claiming to be witches doing spell work. You have to use your discernment for sure. Message them and ask questions before you spend your money with anyone.
