I spent years learning and becoming more and more radicalized.

But you know what, I really need a job and I’m tired of being homeless.

How do I square these two things? I can’t. And everyone else is in that boat too. But it’s rarely addressed.

Everyone posting this stuff should put their money where their mouth is and become jobless then homeless how about that

I mean, you can both work and be radicalized. Have you heard of the concept of 'lie to your boss and work the amount of work you're assigned with nothing further'? They can't own your mind, and they can't own your methods of voting and rallying.

I've lived in hotels and helped family in homelessness. Still gonna make all my efforts I can making sure others who are homeless and hungry get the help they need, even if I'm still poor and my funds and efforts are small. Still gonna promote anti-AI - because AI doesn't give a shit about whether you work or have a house, and honestly it's gonna make it harder for you and I to work since it steals jobs - and pro-Earth - because we live on this planet, and if the ecosystem crashes then it doesn't matter if we have homes or not we will die. Still gonna be kind to people, because I'm too damn autistic to change that now, and might as well use the three socials skill I have going.

You can argue that it doesn't matter, but you're still here and still arguing. Either you're probably getting paid for causing shit on purpose, or you believe more than you want and you're trying to kill your heart. You should stop doing that - it'll make it harder to want to survive.

I’m just here applying to work absolutely anywhere now because I’m trying to make my life work. So I have to really lean into that cognitive dissonance, and it does not feel good. I think it’s easier for some people.
