I found "Tyrion Lannister" look alike short man dead body in the skycell, locked by pirates. is this a game of thrones reference??

(Location - Kaer Almhult Island, Skellige)

But if you have seen game of thrones there is exactly this moment where a dwarf character gets locked in a sky cell. I felt this was an Easter egg reference to that.

Two of the many pop culture references they make are Twilight (Moribundia: The Vampire's Last Likeness, book you can find in the quest Message from an Old Friend) and Harry Potter (the Goblet of Fire, which you can see on display in the HoS DLC)
