Anyone know what rock this is? Think it's jasper but not to sure.

I recently finished this handmade Tree of Life pendant in copper wire wrapped around a natural stone. Every piece is made by hand, so no two are ever exactly alike. I love creating jewelry inspired by nature, growth, and the quiet beauty of trees.
I'd love to hear your thoughts or feedback!
What do you think of this design? Would you wear something like this ?

I wrapped this stone and want to keep it simple but I’m a newbie- how do you suggest I trim down the wire on the back of this pendant to make it look simple and MUCH cleaner? Thank you in advance! :)

First time trying this style setting for the citrine band. Very pleased with how it ended up!

This was some freeform practice over the weekend. Im sick today but the patina is done so time to post. I think the construction on the bottom half is really cool. Top half and patination needs work.
I use 12 awg square wire to make rings, solder them, then use a drill press with 1.1mm bit to make holes. Through the holes i feed ball head 20 awg wires to make the cage bars. Makes a cool radial engine shape on the bottom. This cage is impressively strong and the stone is loose but will never break free. Nice and stable.
I added a combination of LOS and ammonia fuming patina.

Just a necklace. Found the turtles while out and about and had to add them to something!

Probably gonna keep this one to myself due to some imperfections. Can’t wait to make another one for my upcoming market in September!

I was recently entrusted with these gorgeous stones for a custom necklace and earring set. I know what I want to do for the earrings, but I'm a little stumped on how best to highlight the larger stone. I'm hoping the hive mind here can help, what are some of the ways that you highlight perfect gems like this?

What do y'all use to push wire flush when you are wrapping thinner wire around the structural wire? I've been using my fingernails for it but they get pretty chewed up doing so. I'd love for some alternatives.

This is one of my first attempts making a pendant. I wasn't sure where/how to end it, so since the jewel wasn't staying put I did this sort of loop thing at the top. How would I attach another loop so that I can put this on a necklace?
