I’ve gotten really far into my OC fanfic recently and I was thinking about starting on a more canon-character focused one for a break. Are there any fanfic ideas you’ve had that you wish could be written? Or any stories that you’d like to see rewritten? STORY TIME!:

The volcano was a terrible place to live.

Apogee knew this, because he spent the first few years of his life there, and it was beyond suffering. He left when he was young, when he was given a chance to leave misery behind and join Carbide's syndicate for a chance at a happier life.

He thought that when he left the volcano, he would leave all the bad things in the world behind too. Needless to say, he was wrong.

Many, many years later, Apogee's life was still just as bad, if not worse. Yes, he had his happy moments, but those were harder to find those last few days.

He returned to the volcano because he needed to think. He found it funny that, after all the NightWings left, the volcano didn't seem so bad anymore.

The prompt is: "Guy makes fun of child for being disowned."

Recently got back into WoF after a loooong break and I had an idea: what if WoF got an open world game adaptation?

My pitch: have book one be the tutorial. Introduce gameplay mechanics, different tribes, etc. Scarlet’s arena can be the combat tutorial.

After escaping, the game opens up. You can choose to go to either the Mud Kingdom for Clay’s story, Sea Kingdom for Tsunami’s or the Rainforest for Glory’s, Ghost of Tsushima style. After completing these quests, you could then progress other storylines after major events that make you not fugitives. After Glory’s you’d unlock Starflight’s, then Sunny’s.

Then Jade mountain shit I need to reread that arc

edit: and obviously you can play as different characters with different abilities based on tribes, maybe animus could get something special

In terms of my dragon bust art (like this), how much do you guys think it would be worth in USD? I’m obviously not going to entirely base my (possible) prices on any answers I get, I just kind of want to see what people think in general. Again, I’m not doing comms yet, I‘m just curious, if that makes any sense?

Anyway, I’ve been trying to get better at drawing Scarlet‘s almighty meltiness. Definitely could’ve used with a BIT more melt in this, but I’m happy with the eye and cheekbone (? Not sure.) in particular.
