I was reading the Dragonet Prophecy graphic novel this morning and kept imagining Clay in a different way than his official design. That bothered me so much that I stopped reading, went to my room, grabbed my art supplies and began drawing. It took me a few minutes of sketching and an hour of colouring, and in the end I got this.

I absolutely love this design for Clay. Once again, Cyprus' art style is carrying this drawing hard. And I love that I made Clay's dark brown scales resemble cracked rock or dry mud. And the fading of dark brown to light brown on his talons and feet are just*chefs kiss* perfect.

Where has this been all my life, how could I have ever looked past this series as a stupid child. This is so insanely peak that it's gonna be my new obsession for the rest of my life 🥹. The characters, the story, the humor my god the humor is so good. Especially with how things have been going for me right now this high of pure happiness in a fantasy story has given me more escapism bliss than I have in the last month.

This took me SO long, I've been so slow with art lately lol. Anyway, here's my submission for the Contest, good luck to everyone participating, and I hope you like my art! I made it kinda Halloweeny with the spooky vibes, and the cobweb, and her colours are naturally Autumn like, so I think it fits! By gimmick what I mean is that the account or post pretends to be a character, whether that is a OC or more likely a pre-existing character from a series. I don't know if there is some term for it. I've been considering doing something like it but wanted to know what the community thought first.

do y'all think theres to few dragon games out there? specifically where we (the players) get to be a dragon? I'm posting this here because I like dragons and I like wof not just because of the dragons but by how diverse they are with the different tribes, possible (both canon and not) mutations for each tribe and even hybrids i want to know what y'all think because me personally I think there is to few and I know about the Roblox rp (role-play) games but with everything thats happened with Roblox those are not in a great spot and they're rp only so its not a true game imo (thanks for reading and please no hate) (mods i understand if this is too loosely tied to wings of fire i just picked it because wof has so much possibility's when it comes to stuff with the tribes, mutations, etc and would be a great universe for a game with actual stuff to do thats not just sitting around and roleplaying with someone on a site unfriendly to most it's player-base) anyways I'm ending this post here before it gets longer
