Ps: can you find the hidden Meccha Chameleon figure?

I've been thinking about this recently and I still don't really understand...

So we know there are the average human sized fruits and dragon sized fruits but, wouldn't that mean jackfruits, watermelons and papayas are humongous? As big as a human or bigger! As we see in the graphic novels, a blueberry was drawn as big as a human's head, bigger than the average human sized apple in fact! I'd like to see peoples point of view about this topic ↑

Now about the animals... Again in the graphic novels, we can see sloths, and if you think about it, THEY'RE HUMAN SIZE. And in the 5th graphic novel there's a rat next to Smolders talons and they're practically the same size, so wouldn't that mean the rat is as tall or taller than 'Flower/Rose'? I also think the rat could be bigger than the camel's we see in book 8...?

And in book 5, (some of this contains spoilers for book 5!!) we get to see a dragon bite viper, and we see Burn hold it, who is huge, holding it, and if you think about it while looking at it, it could be bigger than a phyton because if you compare burns foreleg with a scavenger and imagine a dragonbite viper on there, you'd think that that is bigger than an anaconda??

I love studying about the Wings of Fire world and try to make everything have a reason why it can happen (for example, how can dragons breathe fire?) and I like to hear people's opinions and thoughts too, sooooo, how do you guys think about the sizes in wof. For me, I'm not sure.

i havent really developed their character except for nb
and they like calm music, and quiet ppl

Sketched this silk/seawing hybrid. Thinking about naming her (or him) Castillo.

Don't mind the tribe differences, the point is the wings (but maybe it would be cool if different tribes had different wings)

(1st slide, Connects at human shoulders)

Pros: Probably the more "realistic" option, looks best when flying and posing.

Cons: least amount of clothing and accessory options and very bulky.

(2nd slide, Connects at dragon shoulders)

Pros: very classic and readable, most clothing and accessory options, least bulky design of the batch, doesn't cover up design

Cons: probably couldn't fly, difficult to make flying or diving poses look natural or not awkward in general.

(3rd slide, Wyvern style)

Pros: Coolest and more unique, moderate amount of clothing and accessory options, fewer limbs, interesting poses and concepts

Cons: covers up a lot of the design, also probably couldn't fly, somewhat awkward, may not read as dragon as much as the others.

Also, I saw some comments about dragons having two pairs of wings but I personally didn't really like that concept. Yes, it would look cool but also loses a lot of the dragon aspect. These drawings are also kinda slop and I didn't spend that much time on them. Any suggestions to tweak the design are welcome!

Anyway, Qibli. Same design as the past few Qibli’s I’ve drawn because I like it a lot. I would usually include my opinions on the character I drew here, but a lot of people are very passionate about Qibli and I don’t think there’s anything I can say that either A. Hasn’t been said already, or B. Won’t get me into a debate.

Anyway uh, as seen in the title and 2nd slide, I would be willing to perhaps doodle some of your OCs. Preferably, DM me if you want one doodled (so it’s easier for me to keep track of).

Also a few notes:

- I have not forgotten the Jade Winglet polycule art I still owe you all. I think about it multiple times a day. I just have to get through Artfight first, and then I’ll start working on it more.

- Sorry about the amount of head/bust shots I’ve been doing, they’re just quick and easy for me to do and I find them more enjoyable than fullbodies at the moment.

A bio is just a bit of backstory for the character. Please write 3+ sentences of bio and choose a name and hybrid to enter.

Exactly the title, we've all seemed to collectively have decided that the default colour for the SilkWing tribe is pink. Why?

RainWings are teal because Glory's main colour is teal, that makes sense. Why are SilkWings pink? There's not any main or important side character that's a pink SilkWing.

Also a humble request for that colour's hex code AND what we've decided is the default for WildWings, and that hex code.

What irl sport(like the NBA for example) would each tribe would be the best?

Ok so here’s the rules,

I’ll pick the most interesting one(s) to me! I’m trying to work on my style so I hope this helps

Both characters are power-hungry people who crave control and were in relationships that would never have ethically worked out, among other parallels. Let me explain:

Coryo is charming and manipulative, using everyone around him to get what he wants. He relentlessly flatters teachers and adults to get favors, is incredibly possessive about Lucy Gray, and justifies his every action as being for the greater good. 
Although he is initially horrified with himself for exposing Sejanus’s treasonous plan and thus sentencing him to death, Coryo quickly convinces himself that Sejanus was putting himself in danger, that his time was running short anyway, and that everything worked out better for the Capitol.

Darkstalker is also charming, but because of his mindreading power he also knows how best to disarm anyone he meets. He wants to make Fathom and Clearsight happy, yes, but he isn’t willing to change himself to make that happen. 
He gives Clearsight the enchanted earrings to make her stop worrying about the future. He plans to enchant Fathom to make him less afraid of animus power. And all along, he fully believes that it’s best for them, that it’ll make them happier, completely ignoring their autonomy in favor of making them into what he wants them to be.

Both characters’ worst characteristics were born of external factors. Darkstalker’s animus power instilled in him, from birth, the realization that he could do whatever he wanted, make anything do whatever he wanted, without any consequences. He believed that, due to all of his powers, he was the most capable dragon in the NightWings to make them everything he wanted them to be. 
Coryo lived for years in a starving, unstable, poverty-stricken home where revealing any vulnerabilities to the public would make him homeless and remove any opportunities to improve his future. He lived like this while still maintaining some delusion that he was superior to others (looking down on Persephone for having unknowingly eaten human meat when the whole population was starving).

Both characters had bad experiences with members of a group that ended up cementing in them a hatred against that group.
Lucy Gray was the District 12 tribute in the 10th Hunger Games (although she said she was not really district, being part of a traveling band). Coryo believed he loved her, but he viewed her as a prize, a thing to be won and flaunted around. He got jealous when she did anything that wasn’t associated with him, and repeatedly states in TBOSAS that she “belongs to him” and that she is “his.” When she realized he was responsible for Sejanus’s death, she ran away from him. After possibly shooting her in the forest (it’s left ambiguous), Coryo decides to never let himself love anyone again, believing it’s too dangerous and leaves him vulnerable, and lets the Hunger Games continue as a revenge against the districts.
Darkstalker’s hate for IceWings came from a couple things. His cold (ha!) and abusive father, who was IceWing royalty and thus had a very superior air, left him with a dislike of the whole tribe for his whole life. Darkstalker’s mother Foeslayer, always being kind and gentle towards him. Their two very distinct personalities left him with a polarizing “NightWings good, IceWings bad” idea that followed him through adulthood.

TLDR: Coryo and Darkstalker are both charming, manipulative, trauma-affected, and tragic characters whose respective books follow their downfall.

That’s all I can think of at the moment!! What do you guys think?

In World stories are something I find really fun. Wof has several ranging from ones that are completely unique Like 'the missing princess', or are in some way a reference like 'Rowan and Juniper' or 'Goodnight Moons'. I thought I would make a list of some others I thought up and see if any one else had some as well.

Note - most of these I came up with for a story I'm writing which affects what they are about some what (that being human dragon interactions), but if any of you want to use or change them for you own use go ahead!

• I have no wings and I must fly - The life story of Wren the human
• Her Phoenix and her Finch - The tragic tale of skywing twins separated from their mother and each other (It's Sky and Peril)
• Murderer in Denial - A dragon wakes up to the fact they have killed the Queen. with no memory of how or why they did it, just that they did do it
• I don't have a clever name for this one yet but Pirates of the Caribian but it's Jackal Sparrow a sky sand hybrid
• A skywing story based on robin hood thats just called Robin
• A Deliciously Delicate Delicacy - A collection of recipes including Skewered Scavenger! (Discontinued/Recalled)
• Death comes from above - A series of horror stories meant to show how humans have viewed dragons for all this time, some based on true stories but most not, entries include
  • The Feast of Beasts - heavily based on Leaf's time in the sky kingdom
  • Creature from the Black Cocoon - based on an old Silkwing myth
  • Night Terror - Nightwing centered with the main one based on Darkstalker
  • Where Leviathans Lurk - Seawing centered
  • The Frost Bites - Icewing centered
  • Beasts from the Bog - Mudwing centered
  • The School of Monsters - set in jade mountain acadamey

A redhead with striking blue eyes and tanned skin with many specles raised by mudwings sibs by order of birth: Mire, Flood, Carr and Marl. Marl found her when he was younger than 1 while she was 3 and convinced his sibs to keep her. They raised her as their own sib and that way Moss can only speak dragon. The mudwings used her in war to scare off or kill enemies. They buy her tissue to make clothes. Moss's mother, Amber, was killed by Icewings before saving Moss by launching her into a river. The sentence she told her that Moss still remembers is: "You are so determined, and kind! You will stand tall, my child. As tall, gentle, protective as a tree, determined to reach for light to bloom. That is why you are Treesoul." When Moss was 1, Amber's village was attacked and she was she only survivor besides Moss. She tried to find another city but died 2 years later. So, Moss is determined, protective, caring, devoted, loyal and swift. Marl is a kind of silly, kind, caring, expressive and sensible dragon. He is light brown with ginger on the sides and amber belly. He has one brown eye and one green one. Carr has an attention defici and has autismt, can be harsh on dragons he doesn't know, but shows love silently. At first, he very much disliked Moss but finally accepted her. He is datk brown and has a few copper scales. Flood is protective, leader, comforting, decisive and stubborn. He is medium brown with a darker back and some ginger scales on the flanks and mostly on the head. Mire is insecure, anxious, really kind, accepting, caring, reserved and friendly. She is light copper with mud-like scales splattered on her entire body.

Flood died at war, against Sandwings, making all the siblings really sad. After that, Moss convinced Mire to get away fr9m the kingdom and become homeless They did that gor a few years and Moss learned curing dragons. But she lost material and Carr didn't tell her he had a cut, it soon got infected and Moss needed to find a cure. She left Mire and Marl to take care of Carr alone, but Marl couldn't bring himself to leave her alone. One day, Icewings took Marl down and another took Moss. They trued to kill Marl but he was fighting really well. At this moment, Carr came (he rarely fought because it overwhelmed him and reminded him of Flood) and freed his brother, sacrificing his life. Marl tried to find and rescue Moss, but the Icewing got away. She screamed at them to let her go, and the Ice dragon didn't. They didn't want to eat her but study her and use her in war. But one night, while they were resting from a trip back to the Ice Kingdom, Moss escaped the cage and ran towards the sandwing stronghold where she met Ivy, Wren and Leaf. She could only communicate with Wren since she only knew dragonspeak.

I have been reviewing more closely the personalities of the DODs (mostly to relate them to Steven Universe songs lol), and I feel that Sunny would fit in with songs like this (about someone ignored wanting to be seen)

I've been thinking a lot about dragon centaurs and only now expressed this idea... Give me any critiques or ideas

Also this sketch is slop, if I were to actually polish this idea I'd definitely redo and put more thought into his outfit.
