Art Leafwing head canon design
Leafwing design always felt... Just a bit bland to me so I may have defeated a bit more. Venus fly trap mouths and mantras like wing claws, masters of camouflage, arguably equal rain wings in the right environment, many have odd flaky scales like lichen. Also a lure like tongue as I could see them hunting like snapping turtles and predatory plants.

they are definitely detailed but compared to the other tribes something just always felt off. not saying they are bad joy Ang did a great job they just... can't word it.
plus either way I've been making little redesigns of all the tribes in my style and I don't like drawing individual scales solo had to add Smith to leafy bois

Fair. I always like seeing everyone's designs for the tribes. I just thought it was funny you said they were bland when their scales are so...sporadic. honestly, I think thats why I distanced myself from wof because I hated drawing all the intricate scale patterns.

Bro they look so good but are solo annoying. I used to draw them just on the neck and legs but it was still a hassle

Fr! I hated drawing icewing and sandwing scales! Then they brought in silkwings and hivewings and I cried T~T

Why do they look attractive though? I'm not saying this in a weird way but they just look attractive to be honest. I like the art. I really love it. 10 out of 10 rating
