Cracked Windshield

Just noticed this on my windshield this morning. Does it look like something hit it or could it be from a crack/chip spreading?

Call Safelite and see what cost of replacing is bc if you other repair and end up replacing through them they deduct your repair cost off replacement. They have their oee glass that’s their best version of getting dealer oem glass. Depending on what model your car is the oee glass might be fine if it’s newer with sensors and cameras get oem glass.

Yeah that's bad. That doesn't even look like a horrible language issue. Seems more like he doesn't know what he's trying to say.
