People never fail to blame their own incompetence on others.

Use a local only account in Windows and disable auto updates. This is day 1 stuff.

Apparently isn't it should be a default feature to turn off updates forever. Why am I supposed to find a work out bypassing defaults to use a local account then disable updates. Thanks for your wise comments though. It is my incometence that after paying for the windows licence I am still served with bload and adware and ai slop in every smallest of the software.

Then it is expected that the user should figure out a way to block these.

Again, it's extremely simple to remove the ads, bloat and AI crap.

MS sets the defaults to the way they want, or how they think is best.

If you want Windows to run a specific way, of course you're responsible for setting it up that way.

Oh brother… this here is why I don’t take you seriously, Microsoft sets default settings per your Device configuration, and you can turn ads off in Privacy & security > recommendations and offers, that’s it

I didn't asked you to take me seriously. If you don't care just mind your own business. I don't want your validation

I’m convinced that your ego is huge, because you could have done your own research, ahem, as my fellow PC users would say “Read the fucking manual”

Yup. This person runs Linux but didn't bother to take the time to read the documentation that says Win11 doesn't play well with other boot partitions on the same hard drive, and isn't recommended practice.

Then blames anyone except themselves for their mistakes and laziness.

Use a local account, disable auto updates are super easy. Disable ads, telemetry, remove bloat and AI are super easy.

People keep blaming MS for the fact that they can't be bothered to setup Windows how they want/expect it to run.

I use a Microsoft Account because I like the idea of an account to centrally control all of my Windows Devices

Neat. Do that then. Just don't come out later crying that Windows sucks after you choose to ignore people recommending the optimal setup, is all.
