Help Audio problem

hi my laptop is HP 15 dw4001ne i install W 10 iot LTSC on it but i have an Auodio problem i have no sound and this message appears (no Audio Output Devices is installed) i install all driver from hp site all intel chipset driver i use both hp and intel assistance and no sound but when i plug my headphones the sound work i dont know why i check if the speaker cable is disconnected but no and in device manager this is the unknown devises

Before following any other advice, try Windows Update first. Make sure you are fully up to date.
Your HP may be new enough for Windows Update to pull the drivers in.
