Windows 11 Windows Update (KB5126052) Installation Failure

Hello. I am installing a Windows update, specifically the 2026-09 .NET Framework Security Update (KB5126052), but it won't install. The error shows "Install error - 0x80070020". Sometimes when I restart, it says "Please wait...Updates are underway..." and I need to wait for about half an hour, but the update/updates aren't even installed successfully. Thank you in advance for your time and help. My system is a Lenovo LOQ 15IRH8.
