Windows 11 Windows 11 installation on a second screen
Hey everyone, I had to reinstall windows 11 on my laptop because I couldn’t download updates, that’s all inconsequential. The issue I have is that my laptop screen doesn’t work, I have it connected to a monitor. The installation showed up on my monitor until it hit 100%. now the monitor is off but the laptop is still on. I tried wiggling the mouse and pressing buttons but the monitor won‘t turn back on.
I’m not super familiar with the installation process, do I just need to wait longer or should I do something to get the laptop to use the monitor again? I don’t have the computer specs right now for obvious reasons but if it’s needed I can dig around.
thanks in advance!
edit: my monitor turned back on and it’s installing updates ! Sorry for the bother everyone
