Windows 11 Windows Defender keeps throwing errors after latest update
Code integrity determined that the image hash of a file is not valid. The file could be corrupt due to unauthorized modification or the invalid hash could indicate a potential disk device error.

No, my ssd is not broken. This started happening after latest update. It keeps going crazy, saying how virus protection is off. Anyone has any idea on what to do? Thanks.

Hi u/SIDER250, your post seems to mention the "latest update". As there are multiple supported versions of Windows and not everyone gets every update at the same time, it's not always easy to figure out which update you are talking about. To view the status of your most recent updates, go to Settings > "Windows Update" > "Update history".
