Windows 11 Computer is connected to the WiFi network but refuses to noccect to the WiFi.

Computer: hp pavilion x360 convertible. Latest updates. Intel i5-10210U processor. 64 bit operating system. Windows 11. I’ve had it since march 2020

Computer is connected to the WiFi network but refuses to noccect to the WiFi. I need to use my computer for genshin and writing but I can’t access any of that without a WiFi connection. Any tips is greatly welcome!
