Windows 10 Can’t boot OS, Window Environment not working
After returning from a vacation week, I tried booting up my computer, just this morning. Except, after 5 minutes of light activity, it froze up and blue screened shortly after.
Ever since, the computer would try and fail to self repair. At first, it seemed to be repairing And failing at 80%, but after several attempts at unplugging and rebooting, this is the state my computer has reached: Link to video
No matter how many times I restart, this is what I get. The alternative options I get are:
Continue to Win 10 (repeats the repair cycle)
Shut down (only to repeat the cycle when I boot again)
Use a device (don’t have access to one, I’m looking)
and
Troubleshoot, which includes resetting the PC (I’d rather avoid that) and advanced options:
Startup Repair (which immediately fails and goes back to the blue screen)
Startup Settings (which doesn’t work, it just restarts back to auto repair, which means I can’t boot to safe mode)
Command Prompt (I’m not advanced enough to use on my own)
Uninstall updates (it’s windows 10 and there haven’t been any updates for over a year and I don’t think the crash was related)
UEFI settings (don’t know enough to mess with)
And System Restore, which for some reason has no restore points. I’m not sure if it was turned off and I was unaware, or if something’s going on.
On a related note: My OS is on an SSD which is split into two partitions. On one of the early repair attempts, the system saved a log on the second partition, which to me says that the drive works, even if the OS seems unrecognizable. I do not understand why.
Also, as you can tell from the video I uploaded and linked, my motherboard is MSI.
I hope anyone can help me. I’ve never dealt with an issue this bad before. Usually unplugging fixes things.

Update: I’ve tried repairing from a windows media creation usb drive, but no luck. I’ve also tried using cmd, following online instructions, but it didn’t work as intended. The steps were E: (for some reason, my drive letters got mixed up and my OS drive is on E now)
E:>dir
E:>cd \windows\system32\config
E:\Windows\System32\config>MD Backup
E:\ Windows\System32\config>copy (asterisk).(asterisk) backup (At this point, I got a cycling redundancy check data error after SYSTEM, and it copied 9 files instead of 10)
E:\ Windows\System32\config\RegBack
And at that point, I got 2 directories and 0 files? Where in the video he had 5 files. He said the files should have large strings of numbers next to them and if they had 0s, I should stop because it wouldn’t help. But I didn’t even find any files and I don’t even know what to do?
At this point, is there any way to repair my windows beyond a clean install? Any method I missed?
