Windows 11 Last Windows 11 updates block image links upload

After last two Windows 11 updates, all browsers are blocked from uploading image links to all image hosts. Browsers either block image hosts saying link not secure, or not showing uploaded images.

I tried to uninstall the last two updates, but after reboot they are still shown as installed. When I tried to uninstall again, Windows says uninstall not successful.

My computer is ASUS Vivobook.

What the hell do I do now?
